Champagne Mojito

The minty mojito is taken to asparkling new level. A mix of Bacardi Superior, G.H. Mumm Champagne and mint leaves. A dash of Gomme, elderflower cordial, lime juice and topped with soda water. Finished with a lemon wheel and a cherry!

French 75
